Who is responsible
agents4agents, Av. Marginal, 2765-604 Estoril, Portugal, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. We serve clients throughout Portugal.
What we collect and why
When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, professional email, agency, market and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess fit and discuss our services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Service providers and analytics
Forms are processed by Formspree. The site also uses Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand site use and improve performance. These providers may process technical data such as device information, pages visited, approximate location and IP-derived information under their own terms.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the conversation, service relationship and applicable legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Use our contact form to make a request. You may also complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD.
International processing and security
Some providers may process data outside Portugal or the European Economic Area using applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, although no internet transmission is completely secure.

This website provides general information about agents4agents services. It is not a guarantee of rankings, AI citations, leads or revenue. Proposals, scope, timings, fees and deliverables are agreed separately in writing. Website content may change and may not be copied or republished without permission, except where the law allows it.

Service subscriptions and project payments
Monthly billing, excluding VAT. Starter and Growth have an initial 3-month minimum; Premium and Scale have an initial 6-month minimum. After the initial term, subscriptions continue monthly with 30 days’ cancellation notice and no new fixed-term commitment. Starter, Growth and Premium have €0 setup; Scale onboarding is quoted individually. These terms apply to new engagements; existing agreements and valid quotations are honoured. Any transition is agreed with the client at renewal with clear notice.
Website rebuilds, substantial technical repairs, property feeds, CRM integrations, additional languages, offices, agent profiles and work beyond the agreed allocation require a separate proposal. Paid media and placement fees are not included. Additional services are quoted only for work outside your plan.
Website projects: 50% upfront and 50% before launch, with two revision rounds. Additional services, hosting, maintenance and integrations are agreed in the proposal.
Package scope and onboarding
Initial page allocations are completed within the agreed onboarding schedule, not repeated each month, and do not stack across packages. Portuguese and English versions count as two URLs within the initial allocation. A substantive content improvement is an agreed article, service page, neighbourhood page or substantial rewrite. Each monthly topic includes Portuguese and English versions in Growth and Premium. Length and complexity are agreed before drafting, with one consolidated revision round. Starter covers an existing-page or profile update, not a new article.
We confirm your target clients and locations, collect business details and delegated website, Google Business Profile, Search Console and analytics access, and agree one client approver. You validate local expertise and claims. The implementation schedule begins once the required access and information are available.
Your monthly report shows completed work, observed Google and AI visibility, enquiries where attribution is available, and next priorities. AI mentions, recommendations and website citations are reported separately within the tested sample. Contact-button clicks are distinguished from actual enquiries.
